Karim Idriss
HR management consultant with 14 years' experience, organisation designer and builder of AI agents.
Karim has spent 14 years in HR management consulting, helping organisations translate business goals into people-powered results. His focus is organisation development and talent framework design: organisational structures, strategic workforce planning, HR strategy and operating models, job evaluation and rewards, and succession and leadership development.
He holds an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the American University of Beirut. The engineering background shapes a data-driven, systems-thinking approach; the MBA, the commercial sense behind every people decision.
Alongside his consulting work, Karim designs and builds AI agents. His flagship platform, Thea, turns a brief into native, editable PowerPoint slides on a client's own template. That combination is the heart of Humanyx: someone who understands how organisations work, and who can build the technology that changes how work gets done.
